PERCEPTUAL APPARATUS
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
IMPLANTATION
Ishigami Landscape
2014
2nd year of Bachelor
„If you look at the Earth without architecture, it's sometimes a little bit unpleasant. So there is this basic human need to do shelter in the broadest sense of the word, whether it's a movie theater or a simple log cabin in the mountains. This is the core of architecture: To provide a space for human beings.“
Peter Zumthor
Today, the house is inevitably associated with the family nucleus and a certain interiority.
The changes in contemporary society will undoubtedly lead it to change again toa need for shared accommodation, accommodation of the elderly, mobility of people within the framework of their work. That is why, there is a shared biblitheque including the possibility of housing a person the ground floor.
These changes lead to a new approach to the question of hospitality and may lead architects to question the way of life in the future.
This project is a search for a relationship between the full and the empty and its passage from one to the other.
Composition is the expression from the inside to the outside. This limit, which in itself is the constant search for the crossing from the inside to the outside, can be seen through the strongly glazed and open common spaces. Privacy is found in the full volumes that we will call the caves.
The plastic and scenographic expression was composed by shadows and emptiness. The paradox is that the void is filled by the full which is the shadow.
This research on these elements has led to the idea of living as a draft concept to be constantly questioned according to changes in human societies and the way of life.
