Located in the southern part of the project, this area is, in my opinion, the most interesting in urban planning.

Indeed, it makes the link between the street and the slab via different articulations of circulation and through different functional uses such as cafeteria, co-working... in direct interaction with the district.

It also has different relations in terms of affections. The public space on the right and in its heart are a unifying element. the collective outdoor space intended for the inhabitants of the area as a meeting place for exchanges and traffic.

The ambition is to propose another form of "living together". The programme includes values such as diversity, mutual aid, intergenerational links, openness to the neighbourhood, integration, rejection of speculation and sustainable development.
